EARLY RISER YOGA

Class Description

Instead of reaching for your phone or to-do list, greet the day with a relaxing yoga class that meets you where you are, whether you’re new to yoga or have been taking classes for years. Bring a yoga mat and props (or borrow some from us) and feel your body supported by the earth. Class will meet for 60 minutes starting at 7 am each week and end with a 15-minute deep relaxation/meditation. (Feel free to slip out earlier if you need to make it to work on time.)
