ABOUT THE EVENT
These classes are a blend of education and practice to explore the connections between science and spirit. Simple concepts of neuroscience and physiology are integrated with somatic movement and breath practices to foster healing and reconnection of the mind, body and spirit. Options are always offered to provide choice in honoring your needs for more rest or more intensity. The gifts of regular practice are many! We get better at listening to our body and responding to our own needs, develop self-trust & compassion, find the courage to try new things, feel empowered to make hard choices, understand and heal from cultural and family conditioning... these are just a few. Connect in a community of like minds on a healing path and learn practices to integrate into your daily life. With repetition and support we can retune the nervous system to become more resilient and capable of dealing with the challenges of life. Suitable for all levels.
